WVU Tech is located in a hotspot of outdoor sports in West Virginia. Being only minutes from the New River Gorge provides world-class rock-climbing, mountain biking, and whitewater activities.
The campus also is home to numerous student organizations including over 30 student clubs, Greek-life, student government, and our student newspaper. In addition, we also offer intramural sports for men and women.
Montgomery offers a small-town atmosphere, and is within driving distance of major cities like Charleston, WV, Charlotte, NC, and Washington, D.C.
