When to Apply

International students applying for admission to WVU Tech must have their completed applications on file prior to their intended start date.

For Fall Term (August to December – 16 weeks)

Submit application by April 1
Submit all other required documents by June 15

For Spring Term (January to May – 16 weeks)

Submit application by October 1
Submit all other required documents by November 1

For Summer Term (May to August – Up to 12 weeks)

Submit application by February 15
Submit all other required documents by March 15

NOTE: All application documents become the property of WVU Tech. Under no circumstances will they be duplicated, returned to the applicant, or forwarded to any agency or other college or university. Admission documents of applicants who do not enroll in the college may be destroyed after one year.
